Part Time Financial Support Agent - Hours: 5 Days a Week (AM or PM)
Salary - 28,000 (pro rata)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers who are experiencing financial difficulties to understand their situation and agree on suitable repayment solutions.

  • Make and receive calls, emails, and other communications in a supportive and professional manner.

  • Provide tailored financial guidance and support, ensuring customers feel heard and helped.

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update systems accordingly.

  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve any account-related issues or queries.

  • Ensure all actions comply with industry regulations and company policies, protecting customer data and financial wellbeing.

  • Assist with administrative duties related to customer accounts, reports, and payment arrangements.

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Empathy and active listening skills to support vulnerable customers

  • High attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately

  • Able to work to targets and manage time effectively

  • Confident using IT systems and databases

  • Resilient, calm under pressure, and able to handle sensitive conversations
