Your new school

Ripplevale School and College, is a thriving independent special school, for 170 students aged 6 to 25 years old, located in the historic town of Rochester. As part of the Ripplevale family of schools, we provide a holistic, child centred approach to meeting the needs of our students, most of whom have an Education and Health Care Plan. Identified needs may include Autism Spectrum Disorder, dyslexia, speech, language and communication difficulties, DCD, sensory, and high levels of anxiety.

Your new role

Are you an experienced administrator with a deep understanding of the Annual Review process for students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs)? Ripplevale School and College is seeking a dedicated Annual Review Manager to lead and coordinate this vital process.

In this role, you will:

  • Organise and manage Annual Review meetings with parents, professionals, students, and local authorities.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted within statutory deadlines.
  • Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders to support the educational journey of students with SEND.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within education.
  • Strong knowledge of EHCP processes and SEND frameworks.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
