Your new school

Ripplevale School and College, is a thriving independent special school, for 170 students aged 6 to 25 years old, located in the historic town of Rochester. As part of the Ripplevale family of schools, we provide a holistic, child centred approach to meeting the needs of our students, most of whom have an Education and Health Care Plan. Identified needs may include Autism Spectrum Disorder, dyslexia, speech, language and communication difficulties, DCD, sensory, and high levels of anxiety.

Your new role

Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for data and a knack for organisation? Ripplevale School Rochester is looking for a Data and Examinations Manager to take the lead in overseeing student data systems, coordinating the smooth delivery of all examinations, and managing the implementation of school timetables to support effective curriculum planning and delivery.

In this pivotal role, you’ll

  • Oversee and maintain accurate student records using SchoolBase
  • Manage and implement school timetables and data systems
  • Coordinate all aspects of internal and external examinations
  • Train and support staff on data and exam procedures
  • Collaborate across departments to drive data-informed decisions
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding standards

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • A proactive mindset for continuous improvement
  • Experience in data systems and exam administration (preferred)
