Welder/Fabricator - Medway

We're working with a long-established, down-to-earth engineering business based in Medway, known for stability, quality craftsmanship, and a team that genuinely looks out for each other.
They're looking for experienced Welder/Fabricators to join their onsite workshop, producing high-quality, bespoke metalwork for a range of industrial and architectural projects.
What's on offer:
- Competitive pay - up to 19.00 per hour (DOE)
- Day shifts: 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday
- Plenty of overtime available at enhanced rates

The role:
- MIG & TIG welding on a range of metals
- Fabrication and assembly of architectural metalwork, structural steel, balustrades, and balcony systems
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Cutting, bending, and shaping metal components to precise measurements
- Working to high-quality standards with a focus on safety and accuracy
About you:
- Proven welding and fabrication experience
- Skilled in architectural metalwork and structural steel fabrication
- Experience working on balustrade and balcony projects
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
- Team player with a positive, reliable attitude
