What You Will Do:

- Set and operate Fixed Head and Sliding Head CNC Turning Machines with precision and efficiency.

- Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings to ensure high-quality output.

- Manage and operate bar feed machines to support production requirements.

- Optionally, set and run Twin Spindle Twin Turret Machines to optimise manufacturing processes.

- Work with state-of-the-art machinery, including Doosan, Hardinge, Mori, and Star, featuring Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Mitsubishi control panels.

- Contribute to the aerospace manufacturing process, working with a variety of materials such as aluminium, stainless steels, and Inconel.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Setter, ideally within the aerospace or precision engineering sectors.

- Proficiency with Fanuc control systems, with additional experience in Heidenhain and Mitsubishi systems being advantageous.

- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Familiarity with bar feed machines and a range of CNC turning equipment.

- A proactive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
