Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Plumbing based Multi Trade Operative to work along the A12 corridor in void Social Housing properties.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £16.00 PAYE or £20.00 CIS.
A van, trade cards, and a fuel card will be provided for the role.
The contract will last until the end of November 2025, with the potential for additional work thereafter.
Candidates must possess an NVQ2 in a relevant trade or have substantial experience in three different trades.

We require a Plumbing based Multi Trade Operative, covering the A12 corridor working in void Social Housing properties. Monday to Friday. Van, trade cards and fuel card provided.

Work up to the end of November 2025 with the possibility of further work.

16.00 PAYE or 20.00 CIS.

Must have NVQ2 in relevant trade or good experience in 3 trades.
