Are you a motivated and experienced Project Manager looking to make an impact in the construction industry? We’re seeking a talented professional to lead our team based in Rochford, delivering high-quality design and build projects across the region.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role within the build team, overseeing the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of construction projects. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initial conception through to completion and handover, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Promote and enforce the highest standards of Health and Safety on-site.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal management, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage and coordinate Site Agents, fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate leadership through effective people management, development, and motivation.
  • Take responsibility for project P&L, driving profitability and growth.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager on School Construction Projects for the DFE
  • A relevant degree (or equivalent) in a construction-related field.
  • Proven experience in delivering projects within the built environment sector.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and Health & Safety legislation, including CDM regulations.
  • Strong subcontract management skills, with a sound understanding of commercial and operational aspects.
