Accounts & Finance Assistant

TRC is an established and growing recruitment agency looking for a dedicated Accounts & Finance Assistant to take ownership of the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, reconciliation, and credit control.
Key Responsibilities

Issue invoices through Xero.

Monitor and chase aged receivables via phone and email.

Reconcile payments within Xero.
-
Resolve billing queries and disputes with professionalism.

Onboard new clients into Xero, including liaising with BDP Insurers, Credit Referencing Agencies and Finance Partners.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
-
Proficiency in Xero (especially invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting), or similar accountancy packages.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Excel.
Desirable:
-
Accounts experience within the Recruitment sector.

Familiarity with the CIS Scheme.
