New Car Sales Executive

Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer for a New Car Sales Executive based in Romford. This is a permanent opportunity offering a £25,000 basic salary and £52,000 on-target earnings (OTE) - plus a company car and an industry-leading benefits package.

You'll be the key contact for customers during one of the most exciting purchases of their lives - their new car. We're looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service and has previous experience in B2C sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building rapport with customers and understanding their vehicle needs
  • Guiding customers through the car buying journey with confidence and care
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Providing an exceptional showroom experience every time

You will need:

Previous experience in B2C face-to-face salesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA full and valid UK driving licenceA passion for customer service and a proactive attitude

This role involves working 5 days out of 7, 8:30am to 6:00pm, including weekends.
