  • Salary: 40,000 basic + OTE 48,000

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Sales Team Manager, you'll take ownership of a telesales team, guiding, mentoring, and supporting them to reach their potential. You'll foster a motivated, energetic culture that delivers results and feels rewarding.

You will:

  • Lead by example and drive your team to exceed sales targets

  • Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

  • Coach and develop individuals through regular feedback and support

  • Use data-driven insights to boost performance and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate across departments (marketing, ops, compliance) to ensure smooth operations
