Salary: 32,000 - 35,000
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader to oversee a team of five coordinators managing social housing-related works. This role requires a confident individual who can provide strong leadership, ensure targets are met, and maintain high standards of operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and motivate a team of five responsible for managing social housing contracts.
Ensure all works are scheduled, monitored, and completed within required timeframes.
Track team performance and ensure KPIs and service levels are consistently achieved.
Produce regular reports and updates to management regarding workflow, productivity, and performance.
Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Address issues promptly, use initiative, and maintain control of the team's workload.
Provide guidance, support, and training where necessary.
Foster a positive and productive working environment.
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role (does not need to be within social housing).
Strong leadership skills with the confidence to be assertive when required.
Ability to "take the reins," use initiative, and keep the team on track.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable managing targets, reporting, and performance metrics.
A proactive, "hands-on" approach and strong work ethic.
