I am looking for a Retrofit Contracts Manager to join a contractor in Essex, who are gong through a phase of serious growth over the next 5 years as they increase their turnover 4 fold.
The Retrofit Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing retrofit contracts for Tier 1 contractors and end clients. This role offers a generous 6k car allowance, and is office/site based every day.
Knowledge of industry standards and compliance such as PAS 2030/2035 would be highly beneficial for this post.
Retrofit Contracts Manager duties:
- Manage multiple contracts for the main client
- Coordinate with installation teams
- Monitor project progress ensuring safety regulations are met and projects are running on time and within budget
- Oversee all retrofit projects ensuring compliance with industry standards

What is required for the Retrofit Contracts Manager role:
- Experience in project management and contract management
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance such as PAS 2030/2035 would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience in large scale social housing projects
- Ability to coordinate with installation teams and manage project timelines
- Experience in the insulation and solar products industry is a plus
