We are seeking a committed graduate teaching assistant to support our students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at our welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Romford. This full-time role involves working closely with pupils who have a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and behavioural challenges. Your support will play a key role in helping these students thrive both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group support to SEN pupils within a mainstream secondary setting

Work closely with teaching staff to adapt lessons and provide inclusive learning opportunities

Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies

Create a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment

Monitor and report student progress to teachers and SENCOs
