Trainee Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Previous experience in the property industry is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, must have experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused office environment.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-driven individualÂ
- Good communication skills, both written and verbalÂ
- Confident, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong IT skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, your duties will be:
- Engage with prospective tenants to understand their needs, preferences, and backgrounds in order to match them with the most suitable rental properties.
- Build in-depth knowledge of the available property portfolio to provide accurate and tailored recommendations.
- Arrange and lead property viewings, offering a professional and informative experience to potential tenants.
- Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants, ensuring agreements meet the expectations of both parties.
