Are you an experienced and results-driven freight forwarding professional with a strong background in Air or Ocean Freight sales?

We are working with a well-established freight forwarding company that is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth and expanding the customer base in the UK and internationally.

From You?

  • Proven sales experience in the freight forwarding industry (Air and/or Ocean Freight essential)
  • Strong network of industry contacts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
  • Full UK driving licence

The Role:

  • Developing new business opportunities within the Air and/or Ocean Freight sectors
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals
  • Working closely with the operations and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Staying up to date with market trends and competitor activity
