Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
- Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) levels.
- A passion for inspiring and motivating young people.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Responsibilities
As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and effective Science lessons to secondary school students. You will create a positive learning environment that fosters curiosity and a love of learning.
Your typical day will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Creating and maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
- Participating in school events and activities.
