Have you supported students of Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)?
Do you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)?
Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an immediate start for the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and activities
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils access learning.
- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).
- Assist children who need extra help, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Proficiency in using educational technologies
- Experience adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
