Do you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)?

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an immediate start for the right candidate. Responsibilities

  • Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and activities
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils access learning.
  • Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).
  • Assist children who need extra help, including those with special educational needs (SEN).

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in using educational technologies
  • Experience adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
