Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner
Serve as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
Motivate workshop of 6 Technicians to maximize efficiency

Qualifications

3+ years' of experience in a Service Manager or Senior Service role within the Motor Industry essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
