  • Ensure effective safeguarding of children, young people, families, and communities through the delivery of a youth offending service.
  • Lead and manage the team to provide high-quality, integrated services in compliance with national legislation and best practices.
  • Make decisions on complex cases within the youth offending service, focusing on areas such as harmful practices, gangs, serious youth violence, and whole family work.
  • Manage HR, performance, and resource allocation to empower staff and achieve service objectives.
Requirements:
  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Degree in Social Work or a youth justice professional qualification.
