They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team and focus on SEN education at the primary and secondary levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing support, training, and guidance to ensure the team's success. This includes setting targets, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions to understand their specific SEN requirements.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates with expertise in SEN education through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening and Selection: Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific SEN roles, ensuring a good fit for both the school and the candidate.
  • Advisory Role: Provide guidance to schools on best practices for SEN recruitment and support candidates in their career development.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate discussions between schools and candidates, including salary negotiations and contract terms.

Skills and Qualifications:
