In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical design stage, converting conceptual designs into fully detailed and build-ready information. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure projects achieve the highest standards of compliance, quality, and delivery. This role would suit an Architectural Technician seeking a diverse position within a progressive practice, where you can continue to build your technical expertise through paid training and structured development.
The Role:
- Convert design proposals into accurate technical drawings and construction information
- Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and schedules for residential and mixed-use projects
- Oversee and coordinate the technical delivery of projects from early design through to completion
- Ensure all documentation complies with current Building Regulations, planning policies, and quality benchmarks
