Copello have partnered with an established defence engineering business in the recruitment of aSales Manager to lead and grow business opportunities within the defence sector.This role can be based out of several locations including; Hampshire and Gloucestershire.
This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can manage the full sales lifecycle;from market analysis and customer engagement through to bid direction and successful deal closure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholders and lead opportunities from identification to closure.
- Develop and maintain multi-year sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Direct bids, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Build strong customer and partner relationships.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
- Track record of achieving significant annual sales.
- Strong background in business development and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
