Job Opportunity: Groundworks Gang Members (Romsey, Hampshire)
About the Role PSR Solutions is proud to represent our Civils client in their search for dedicated and skilled operatives to join our teams. We are currently recruiting 2 gangs (with plans to extend up to 4 gangs in the future) for specialised Civil projects. Each gang will consist of:
1x Supervisor/Dumper
1x Dumper/Skilled Operative
1x Banksman/Dumper
The role is based in Romsey, Hampshire, offering an engaging work environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount.
What We're Looking For Every candidate must demonstrate the highest standards of competence and commitment. The required qualifications for all operatives include:
CSCS Card
Blue Water Hygiene Card
EUSR 1 & EUSR 2 Certification
Clean Driving License
For the Supervisor role, candidates must also hold a SSSTS Certification to ensure proven expertise in site supervision and safety management.
