Mayday Personnel is working with a reputable company who are looking for a Bench Joiner to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business who are a leader in their field, offering expert services across the UK & Europe. The Bench Joiner role will be a temporary to permanent position on a full-time basis if you get on well!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Machine operating experience within a workshop environment (CNC machining is not essential)
- Hand/power tools experience (candidates are required to have their own tools)
- Knowledge of spraying (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience of working to CAD drawings
- Good attention to detail and able to follow verbal and written instructions effectively
- Able to work in a fast paced environment, whilst maintaining accuracy and quality
Main duties:
- Operating machinery within a workshop environment
- Laminating
- Assembly
- Using various hand and power tools
- Quality checking finished products
- Working to CAD drawings to ensure specifications are accurate
- Keeping the workshop and customer premises clean and tidy
Pay:
- 13.00 to 13.50ph (depending on experience)
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
- Overtime opportunities available
