ILS Engineer

Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of anIntegrated Support Specialist Engineerto join their business based either in Romsey or Woking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supportability analysis for new and existing systems
• Develop and implement tailored product support strategies
• Contribute to bids and proposals with support-related inputs
• Identify and manage lifecycle support risks
• Collaborate with engineering on reliability and maintainability assessments
• Provide clear ILS insights to leadership and project teams

Desired Experience:

• Background in engineering (Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting complex, low-volume systems in regulated sectors
• Strong understanding of support frameworks and lifecycle planning
• Bid experience, including costing and proposal writing
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
