- Identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining risk logs, and escalating issues
- Driving process improvements and implementing standardised integration practices
- Proven experience in project management within integration or M&A environments
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (APM PMQ desirable)
- Skilled in managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Commercial awareness with understanding of financial reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Experience in Defence or National Security sectors advantageous but not essential
