Main Duties
- Oversee the administration and management of all fleet vehicles - approx. 70 — from procurement through to handover and ongoing support.
- Monitor driver vehicle checks, analyse data, and promote safe driving practices across the business.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth handover and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
- Support implementation of Group-wide fleet management software.
- Maintain accurate records of driving licences and manage the Group’s fleet insurance and claims process.
- Handle traffic offences (PCNs), ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting.
- Support the strategic development of the Group’s fleet as the business continues to grow.
- Support the delivery of cost-effective, timely purchasing of goods and services aligned with company strategy and brand.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient procurement.
- Conduct market research to identify best costs, market trends, and new opportunities.
- Source products and services in line with Group procurement policies and best practice.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in procurement or fleet coordination roles (or a related administrative or operational position).
- Technically minded, ideally with some understanding of vehicle maintenance or fleet operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organised.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical, proactive mindset.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook).
- Professional, approachable, and resilient under pressure.
