Product Manager - Plumbing and Heating Products
Our client, who are global market leaders in their field, are looking for a Product Manager to join their friendly team in Ross on Wye (Herefordshire) on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a varied role, where you will get involved in strategy development, pricing, market research, stock strategy, sales analysis and product launches. In a nutshell, your role is to help make smart decisions about what products to sell, how to sell them, and how the business can profit from them.
Full training on this role will be provided, however, a background in similar products, or a similar role would be good to have. Additionally, graduates with some relevant working experience would also be considered.
General Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to support profitable business growth within the Plumbing & Heating product range.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Manage product pricing strategies in alignment with market conditions and company goals.
- Analyse sales data to inform decision-making and support business planning.
- Coordinate and execute product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Develop and maintain stock strategies to optimise product availability and working capital.
- Support the UK sales force with product knowledge, promotional tools, and strategic guidance.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of the UK market strategy across the team.
Create business cases and reports to support strategic decisions and present to senior leadership.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as necessary.

Hours: 37.5h per week, flexible on start/finish times + 50/50 hybrid working options following successful completion of probation period.
Salary: £27,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + excellent benefits package including:

Please note: Whilst this role can offer hybrid work, it is not able to offer this role as fully remote, therefore candidates will be required to work all hours in-office for the entire duration of the 6 month training period, and for at least 50% of their working hours thereafter.
