Partner – Commercial Property | 7+ PQE | £85k - £110k | Herefordshire | Hybrid Working A leading regional law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Partner (or a Senior Associate ready to step up) to join its established and friendly team in Herefordshire.This is a key strategic hire, offering you the chance to shape the future of the team while working with a varied, high-quality caseload that spans acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases, secured lending, and development work.You’ll be managing your own files, building relationships with clients ranging from SMEs and developers to international investors and banks, and collaborating with colleagues across other offices. Your work will cover a broad scope—from advising on lease agreements and handling asset management matters to supporting corporate transactions and guiding clients through complex commercial property deals.The team itself is 30-strong, spread across five offices, and known for its inclusive and collaborative culture. With diverse expertise and a supportive environment, you'll have both the autonomy to grow your own practice and the backing of a wider network. Flexible time arrangements will be considered.You’ll need a minimum of 7 years’ PQE—or equivalent experience—and a strong track record of handling commercial property matters from start to finish. A proactive, client-focused mindset, solid technical knowledge, and strong communication skills are essential.
