While some time will be spent in the office, the primary focus of this role is to be out on the road - meeting prospective clients, attending networking events, and developing new business opportunities.Our client is seeking a confident individual with the following key attributes:New Business Development:You will be responsible for growing a commercial book of business from an existing prospect bank, as well as sourcing and converting your own leads through networking, referrals, and outbound activity.Relationship Building & Client Management:You’ll leverage your interpersonal skills to build strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and delivering tailored solutions.Technical Expertise:A solid understanding of commercial and corporate insurance products and the Lloyd’s market is essential, along with the ability to operate within FCA-regulated frameworks.Self-Starter Attitude:You’ll be highly organised, comfortable working independently, and capable of managing your own pipeline and priorities to deliver consistent results.Communication & Decision-Making:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with the confidence to make decisions and represent the business at events, AGMs, and trade shows.Desirable but not essential:Progression toward or completion of CII qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII)This opportunity is being recruited by CCP, experts in Customer Operations and CX recruitment.
