Paying £12.21 p/hr - Our client based in Rossendale is seeking a local and an experienced Data Entry Assistant / Administrator to complete a data entry project which is anticipated to take between 2-3 months to complete.

This is a temporary, ongoing office-based opportunity working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

This temporary job opportunity will be starting on Monday the 2nd of June 2025, therefore only applicants that are available to start at short notice will be considered.

THE JOB

As Data Entry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all new data processing tasks. You will work closely with the internal teams to facilitate seamless data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data.
  • Verifying and cross-checking data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • Liaising with team members to ensure data is processed in line with project timelines.
  • Supporting administrative tasks, such as organising digital records and tracking data progress.
  • Identifying and correcting discrepancies or inconsistencies in data entry.
