- Minimum of 2 years’ commercial insurance broking experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products/Lloyd’s markets.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to develop strong professional relationships at all levels.
- Candidates who enjoy exceeding targets and deliver market leading service solutions.
- Manage insurance requirements for commercial clients including MTAs, renewals and new business.
- Conduct comprehensive marketing broking exercises and risk analysis.
- Prepare reports, cover summaries and FCA compliant documentation.
- Maintain quality and service standards, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Attend trade related events, dinners and client meetings (with Client Executives).
- Eligibility to work in the UK with the ability to travel.
- CII qualification or working towards, desirable but not essential.
