Square Peg Associates are currently recruiting for a part time purchase ledger clerk, to work over 4 or 5 days – approximately 5 hours a day. (25 hours a week). The working hours / times are really flexible to work around your commitments.
Salary – negotiable circa £26,000 – £27,000 per annum - £14 per hour (Pro Rata)
Location - Rawtenstall
Key Duties of the Accounts Payable role:
Processing of accounts payable invoices
Matching up with orders
Reconciling supplier statements
Preparing and raising supplier payments
Ensuring that approved payments are made within agreed terms
Strong customer service, effective communication with suppliers
Moth end reconciliations
Sage & Excel user
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will have a strong background in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger. You will have experience and understanding of the full process and be adaptable to change.
