We are seeking a flexible and dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in office environments and has worked as a Teaching Assistant or is keen to develop skills in this area. The position involves managing basic office duties and providing classroom support, making it a diverse and engaging opportunity.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Spend the first couple of hours each morning handling office tasks such as answering calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Transition to supporting in classrooms for the remainder of the day, assisting with educational activities and student supervision as required.
- Work hours are from 8:45 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break.
- Adapt to varying daily needs, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting is essential; school office experience is highly desirable.
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar educational support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and shift between roles smoothly.
