Chef de Partie

KPI Recruiting are currently looking for experienced Chef de Parties (CDPs) to join a busy kitchen operation in Rosyth. This role offers full-time hours on a rotating shift basis and is ideal for chefs who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume catering environment.

Working Hours: Varied shifts – typically 06:30 to 20:30
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour – paid weekly every Friday

You will play a vital role in ensuring meals are prepared to a high standard while maintaining hygiene and safety protocols at all times.

• Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes

• Being responsible for health and safety

• Being responsible for food hygiene practices

• Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created

• Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

• PPE Required: Chef whites and non-slip shoes

• Facilities Available: Free on-site parking

• Holiday Entitlement: 28 days (with 2 weeks’ notice required for booking)
