Inheritingproductmodulesdesignedandbuiltbythedeliveryteam,youwillmonitorthepilotplantexperimentalphases,payingparticularattentiontobreakdownsandproblemsolving,learningthekeyreliabilityweakpointsoftheirtechnologyinextendedoperation.

Responsibilities:

Reviewingandoptimisingequipmentreliabilityincollaborationwithouroperationsteam.
Creatingareliabilitymodeltointerfacewithplannedconditionbasedmonitoringinitiatives,predictinguptimeeffectivelyforcurrentandfutureplants
Identifyanyimportantfailuremodesandinputideasforproductimprovement.
Getinvolvedinfailureanalysis,usingmultiplemethodologiestofindrootcausesandproposeimprovementplans

Requirements:

industrialexperiencewithsignificantexposuretoreliabilityengineering,maintenanceprotocols,and/oroperationsacrossmultipleindustries
Demonstratedunderstandingofhazardandriskidentification
Apassionforoptimisingtechnicalsolutions.
Functionalunderstandingofchemical,electrical,mechanicalportionsofvariousunitoperations
