Salary: 40,000 + Overtime + Company Van + Benefits

About the Role:
An established and well-regarded company in the environmental services and waste management sector is seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Plant Fitter to join their maintenance team. This is a mobile role covering sites across South Yorkshire and surrounding regions, providing critical support for the servicing, repair, and upkeep of heavy mobile plant machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of mobile plant equipment including loading shovels, screeners, crushers, and excavators.
Perform scheduled services and respond to breakdowns across multiple sites.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently, with a focus on minimal downtime.
Complete all relevant documentation and service reports accurately.
Maintain company standards and promote best practices in health & safety.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience as a mobile plant fitter or similar role (construction, waste, or aggregates industry preferred).
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical knowledge.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent (desirable).
Full UK driving licence.
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
