Production Operative

We are inviting expressions of interest for Production Operatives to join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team based in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a proactive mindset and a strong work ethic to work within a high-end production environment, contributing to cutting-edge automotive engineering.

Working as part of a collaborative, multi-functional team, you will:
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions with accuracy.
* Complete tasks to the highest quality standards, meeting strict production timescales (Takt time).
* Identify and support resolution of issues relating to quality, cost, or productivity.
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area, in line with brand standards.
* Wear and maintain uniform/PPE to professional standards.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive performance and efficiency.
* Consistently demonstrate the core values and high standards expected in a premium manufacturing setting.

Experience & Skills:
* No formal qualifications required.
* Prior experience in automotive or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
* Comfortable working to defined processes and timelines.
* Experience working as part of a team in a hands-on production role preferred.
