PRODUCTION OPERATIVE- ROTHERHAM-S66- DAYS & AFTERS ROTATING

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and hardworking production operatives in the S66 area of Rotherham.

The role involves assisting in the production and assembly of diesel fuel tanks for tractors.

Role responsibilities:

• You will be moulding and assembling plastic parts in accordance with Manufacturing and Quality procedures.
• Report all quality issues or concerns to the moulding team
• Adherence to Health and Safety procedures
• Adherence to Environmental procedures
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained to ensure a safe and clean working environment
• Other work duties as assigned and required
• Take responsibility for your own safety & watch out for the safety of co-workers and co-operate with employer on safety matters
• Immediately report hazards, near misses and unsafe behaviour to your team leader

Experience:

• Experience within a production assembly environment preferable
• Keen eye for detail
• You must be physically fit due to the nature of the role
• A good team player but able to work on their own initiative
• Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Good problem-solving skills
• Positive can-do attitude
