Job Description
A large and highly reputable Rotherham based manufacturer have commissioned Cubed Talent to act on their behalf to secure a�Multi�Skilled�Electrician�to join their maintenance team:�
�

• �38,500 - �40,000 starting salary�
• Monday to Friday with optional overtime�
• 3 day shifts - 6am - 2pm, 7am - 3pm, 12pm - 8pm�
• Free on site parking�
• Cycle to work scheme�
• Company pension�

The job:�
�

• General Electrical Plant maintenance across the site: including maintaining existing plan and equipment and installation of new systems to site
• Involvement in projects from concept through to design, installation and commissioning
• Responding to breakdowns to maintain production cross the entire site, minimising breakdowns through regular routine maintenance
• Improving current systems on site such as required spares, drawings and other technical documentation
• Working with and reviewing current safety systems on site and complying with all legislation, regulations and Company rules
• Any other reasonable duties as requested within skill set

The person:�
�

• Technical knowledge and capability to handle the Electrical/Mechanical engineering activities of the plant.
• Experience in HV/MV/LV electrical distribution systems, switchgear and transformers.
• Experience with power distribution, emergency generators and UPS
• Familiarity with instrumentation and process controllers, including practical knowledge of PLCs, Motor Control and variable speed drives
• Experience of maintenance and installation within a production environment
• Working on a call out basis

Qualifications:�
�

• Educated to BTEC HND/Degree level

The�Multi�Skilled�Electrician�will also be required to display the right behaviours and attitude, in keeping with company standards, including but not limited to: Self motivation, commercial and customer focus, attention to detail, strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills.�
