Customer Service Manager - Rotherham
Salary: 35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We're working with a well-established business in Rotherham that is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small, friendly customer service team that plays a vital role in supporting both the business and its field engineers.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and motivating a dedicated customer service team.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Producing reports for the senior management team.
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ensuring all team members are up to date with training requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Manager or Team Leader role is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and maintain high standards.
