About the Role

Due to continued growth and an expanding order book, we are now seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join their production team.







Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture precision components using instructions and data supplied within production packs.

  • Ensure all documentation and work output comply with required quality standards.

  • Work to production schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.

  • Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing.

  • Verify finished components meet dimensional and technical specifications.

  • Operate and use precision measurement equipment such as micrometres, calipers, dial indicators and various gauges.

  • Take personal responsibility for your own safety and that of your colleagues.

  • Follow all company health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.

  • Report hazards, unsafe behaviours, near-misses and incidents promptly.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure correct use of PPE.

  • Participate in mandatory training, drills and ongoing wellbeing initiatives.

  • Contribute towards continuous improvement in safety, sustainability, waste reduction and environmental performance.

  • Support responsible use of materials, energy efficiency, and recycling procedures.







Person Specification

  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.

  • Able and willing to work 12-hour shifts.

  • Apprenticeship-trained or time-served machinist (preferred).

  • GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Capable of managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.

  • Experience in both Milling and Turning is essential.
