The Role
To implement the company's collections strategy supporting and providing appropriate solutions to all customers in financial difficulties.
Key Skills / Experience needed
- Previous debt collection experience would be desirable but not essential
- Excellent customer service
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Organised ,detail -focused and resilient
- Calm under pressure and able to handle difficult conversations
- Good IT Skills
- Comfortable in working in a structured environment
