Rotherham College is developing its Engineering department into a true Centre of Excellence, and we're looking for passionate, industry-experienced individuals to help drive this growth.
The Role:
As a Lecturer in Engineering (Fabrication & Welding), you'll deliver engaging practical and theory sessions up to Level 3 across study programmes, apprenticeships, and adult learning. You'll use your real-world experience to bring the subject to life, support learners' progress, and prepare them for the world of work.
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 or above in a relevant Fabrication & Welding qualification
Teaching qualification and assessor award - or willingness to gain them
Level 2 English and Maths (or be willing to work towards)
Ability to teach both in the workshop and classroom
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enthusiasm for inspiring and motivating learners
