Export Advisor - Rotherham - Up to 30,000

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for international sales and customer service? We're working with a well-established business based in Rotherham to find a proactive and commercially minded Export Sales Advisor to join their team.

Location: Rotherham
Salary: Up to 30,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to support and grow international sales activity within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll be the first point of contact for overseas clients, managing enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth delivery of goods. You'll also work closely with internal teams to source products, resolve queries, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to international customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Managing and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with suppliers to source products when needed
  • Monitoring order progress and providing timely updates to customers
  • Supporting account growth by understanding client needs and identifying opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information appropriately
  • Promoting the company's products and services in a professional manner

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with international trade or export documentation is a plus
