Job Title: Facade Estimator
Location: Rotherham (Office/ Site Base/Remote) Flexible
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 + Car Allowance + Package
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Facade Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for cladding and facade packages by reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role involves pricing materials and labour, obtaining supplier quotes, supporting tender submissions, and working closely with project and commercial teams to ensure competitive and timely bids. The position also suits someone commercially minded who can help identify and secure new facade and cladding opportunities to support continued business growth.
Key Requirements:
- Estimating experience needed
- A knowledge in Cladding/ Facades/ Fire Safety Works needed
- Need to be computer literate on estimation software's and excel/word.
Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for facade and cladding works
- Measure and take-offs for materials and labour
- Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare and submit tender returns within deadlines
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support value engineering and cost planning exercises
- Identify and pursue new facade and cladding opportunities
- Maintain pricing databases and cost records
- Assist with post-tender handovers to project teams
