Pay Rate: £95 – £110 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently looking for Teaching Assistants to support learning in schools located in Maltby. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to help students reach their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will provide valuable support to teachers and pupils, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to the needs of all students.
Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
- Support students in their academic and social development, both one-to-one and in small groups.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and behaviour support.
- Provide tailored support to students with additional needs, including those with SEND.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Help monitor student progress and contribute to written reports where required.
Requirements for the Teaching Assistant role:
- Previous experience of working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school environment is desirable.
- A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
- A full, up-to-date CV with a clear employment history and explanations for any gaps within the last 10 years.
