Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Linux-based systems (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky/Ubuntu)
- Troubleshoot server, storage, application, and networking issues for global clients.
- Contribute to hardware/software installations, configurations, and deployments.
- Document resolutions and contribute to the internal knowledgebase.
- Learn and assist with enterprise storage systems, including distributed filesystems
- Support basic networking (VLANs, routing, switch configuration).
- Automation tools (SaltStack) and scripting (Bash/Python) — training provided.
Person Profile:
- Prior experience in an IT support role, service desk, or infrastructure support.
- Confident with Linux command line and basic system administration.
- Exposure to networking, storage, or virtualisation is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical teams and end users.
