Quality Control Supervisor

• Conduct AQL assessments on decorated stock

• Perform MEK and cross-hatch adhesion tests

• Maintain accurate records linked to batch tracking

• Carry out visual quality inspections of containers

• Ensure correct paint levels and label application

• Operate light screen inspection and packing machinery

• Support other departments with corrective actions

• Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards

• Previous experience in a Quality Control role

• Experience with AQL assessments and MEK testing

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Organised, with strong reporting and documentation skills

• GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (Grade C or above preferred)

• Experience in glass or FMCG manufacturing desirable
