GI Group are now seeking to appoint an Apprenticeship Officer (EPA - End-Point Assessment) to support learners at our client based in Rotherham.

About the role:
The Apprenticeship Officer is a key part of our Client's, Compliance, Funding, and Enrolments team within the Management Information Systems Department.
If you're passionate about supporting learners and providing essential administrative services, this role offers the chance to develop your skills while working for an organisation recognised by OFSTED for investing in staff development.

In this role, you will ensure the effective delivery of compliance and funding services, including managing End-Point Assessments (EPA) for apprenticeship learners. You will work closely with the Apprenticeship Delivery team and employers to provide accurate and responsive support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update a log of all End-Point Assessment (EPA) organisations and manage related processes and IT systems.
* Record valid EPA organisations for each apprentice in Pro-Solution.
* Ensure apprentices meet all Gateway requirements before scheduling EPA's.
* Coordinate with the Apprenticeship Delivery team to arrange and book EPA's via relevant IT systems.
* Track and monitor EPA bookings and apprenticeship certificates from the Department for Education.
* Identify and report risks, issues, or suspected malpractice/maladministration.
* Support the improvement of EPA processes and systems while maintaining good practices.
* Provide curriculum teams with guidance and training on EPA processes and procedures.
* Update and share key management information, ensuring data is current and accurate.
* Oversee all aspects of EPA services, including Gateway approvals, scheduling, test results, and overall EPA results delivery.
* Administer the Digital Apprenticeship Service.

Skills and Qualifications
* Strong experience in IT and digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Possession of a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in English and Maths, along with a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or a related subject relevant to the role.
* Previous experience in the Further Education sector or a similar role, with knowledge of apprenticeships and End-Point Assessment processes.
* Experience with systems such as ProSolution and the Digital Apprenticeship Service would be an advantage.
